Michael Welch

Michael is an effective Habilitation Specialist through his years of on-the-job training, attention to detail, and documentation. As a Habilitation Specialist, his experience includes multiple disorders, including attention deficit disorder, autism spectrum disorder, fetal alcohol syndrome, schizophrenia, behavior disorders, and downs syndrome. With Ten plus years in the field, he still would like to teach and mentor persons who experience challenges such as intellectual disabilities and enable responsible freedoms for those he provides care for. He achieved his certification in 1st Aid, CPR, AED, and IT security. Michael has a vast knowledge in Mandt training, of which he was previously certified. Previously he had been recognized multiple times as employee of the month for his efforts in the field. He feels he has assisted in the development of success in his consumers.
